Construction Site Tour: Newman Catholic Center

- 32 students came out to tour the new building going up on the UMass campus
- Learned about the project logistics, interactions with subcontractors, desireable qualities for young professionals, and technical aspects of the project

- After winning the 2020-2021 Emerging Student Chapter award, UMass AGC was invited to the AGC Annual Convention in Grapevine, TX to present our chapter and receive our award

The Engineering Quad
Event Summary:
- In collaboration with the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), we hosted field games and food on Reading Day
- The 40-foot bouncy obstacle course was a hit!
- It was an absolute blast watching professors and students race and interact outside of school settings. Yay for community!!
