AQMAN: Matrix generator programs for two dimensional groundwater flow model. The simulation model is a pre-MODFLOW USGS code.  USGS, Water-Resources Investigations Report 87-4061, L.J. Lefkoff and S.M. Gorelick

MODMAN: a code written by Rob Greenwald to generate a response matrix with MODFLOW and use an external optimization solver (LINDO).  Distributed by the IGWMC in the 1990’s and later by the consulting firm GeoTrans.

pestpp-opt: part of the USGS pest++ suite of codes available at https://github.com/usgs/pestpp .  pest-opt includes chance-constrained linear programming.  Details are available in White, J.T., Fienen, M.N., Barlow, P.M. and Welter, D.E., 2018.
