A hearty THANK YOU to the Cranston Christmas Tree Farm** and their customers for their generous donation of $850 to the UMass Amherst Stroke Support Group!

Several of our members took a field trip out to the Cranston’s Christmas Tree Farm in Ashfield on December 4th. It was our first time there, but it won’t be our last! They have gorgeous trees – pre-cut and cut-your-own, hand-made wreaths and maple products.  And where else can you see…     an elf crawling through a piece of tree-baling equipment?!?

Special thanks to Maryellen Cranston for tracking us down and offering to put up a donation jar during the Christmas season. Their generosity will support our Stroke Awareness campaign and events. Stay tuned for more information on the next event.
