Beth Ponder is Director of Professional Development for the Texas Center for the Advancement of Literacy & Learning (TCALL) at Texas A&M University. She oversees identifying and developing trainings for local service providers and statewide initiatives, leads the content development team at TCALL, and is the lead on the Leadership Excellence Academy. Prior to TCALL, she was Associate Director at the Center for Literacy, Education & Employment at University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she served as project director for the LINCS Region 2 Professional Development Center, a project funded by OCTAE, inaddition to serving as a national LINCS trainer.
