He has over 20 years’ experience designing technology-based ecosystems that integrate data analysis and visualization through easy-to-read dashboards to support stakeholders’ decision-making processes; developing technology infrastructure; developing dashboards that leverage data visualization and artificial intelligence. He uses technology andartificial intelligence to understand workplace competencies and to integrate teaching and assessment for adult literacy/underserved learners, including culturally and linguistically diverse learners in remote (hard-to-reach)areas.
