The CREATE Adult Skills Network is developing a research base about effective ways to use technology in adult learning. It develops, adopts, and evaluates interventions that use technology to build adult learners’ skills and improve their academic outcomes. The Network’s activities and resources guide practitioners, educators, researchers, and policy and funding stakeholders in their work using technology to support adult skills programming.

ASAP is pleased to be funded by the United State Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences, as part of the larger CREATE Adult Skills Network. The Network was launched in September 2021. Leadership for the Network is provided by World Education, in partnership with American Institutes for Research, Jobs For the Future and Abt Associates.
