The Needs Assessment Committee will help develop surveys of educators and employers in workforce development and adult education, provide expertise with respect to existing assessments, curriculum standards, job training skills, and research on adult and workforce education. 

This committee will also review results and assist in creating test specifications for the ASAP task modules. In addition, they will review and provide feedback on the modules to ensure representation of the critical knowledge and skills required for academic and vocational success.
