Nearest Transportation: Between First and Second Avenues, a short walk from Grand Central Terminal.
By subway: 4, 5, 6, and 7 Trains at Grand Central Station; 6 Train at 51st Street and Lexington Avenue; and the E and M Trains at Lexington Avenue and 53rd Street. Public parking available nearby.
By bus: M15 to 47th Street, M101 or M102 north on Third Avenue to 47th Street, or crosstown M50 (on weekdays) or M42.
For the workshop and opening reception at the Japan Society the easiest way to get from the Segal Theater to the Japan Society is to walk about 20-25 mins (from 5th ave and 34th to between 1st and 2nd Ave on 47th). There is no easy public transport link so if anyone is mobility-limited, please consider a taxi or Uber/Lyft.
