    Hey MC,
There is a review session from 5-6pm in ISB room 135. It is not an SI but it is a review. There is also a practice exam for test 2 if you did not know, it really helps.

    Hi Professor,
Is there any way you can make a few optional review owls to help us prepare for the exam?

You’ll never need to memorize specific values, such as heat capacities. You should be comfortable with the magnitude of such values, as a way to double check your work (gut-level appreciation for what makes sense).

To add on to Yen’s question, will any numbers be provided? or do we have to memorize everything like specific heat capacities of certain elements?

    Hey professor!

I was wondering if the exams are accumulative? And if the final is an accumulative exam?

    thanx

    Hi Brithny,
All the OWLs are accesible. Just click the “past due assignments” link on the top of the page where you look for your current assignments.

The VIS or TUT modules are great ways to review concepts. But be sure to try to solve problems, too: Book and OWL. The book has exercises and examples within each chapter – the answers are given to every one of them. The end-of chapter problems are great, and about 50% have answers. OWL has problems in the MAS modules – also great, and you’ll know if you get the right answers.

    Hey Professor

I wanted to know if you could put up all the owls to help prepare for the exam?

    Thanks

    Hey Professor,

When you say tutors / TA will be available everyday in the CRC, does that mean saturday and sunday too?

    Thanks
