David Moorman’s lab uses electrophysiology/cellular imaging, optogenetics/chemical genetics, and pharmacology to identify precisely-defined neural networks associated with behavior.  We also collaborate with computational neuroscientists and statisticians to develop new ways of understanding how neural ensembles encode behavior-related information.
