Ray Bradley awarded a Chinese Academy of Science President’s International Distinguished Scientist Fellowship

Ray Bradley was recently awarded a Chinese Academy of Science President’s International Distinguished Scientist Fellowship in recognition of his longstanding collaborations with Chinese scientists and his contributions in the field of paleoclimatology. The award supported travel to the Institute of Earth Environment in Xi’an and the Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research in Beijing, where Professor Bradley delivering talks on tipping points in the cryosphere and the historic, drought-driven collapse of Norse settlement in Greenland 700 years ago.
