SWEAT

Abstract— SWEAT (Stability, Weight, And Exertive Activity Tracker) is a fitness project that aims to enhance the weightlifting experience, particularly for home-gym goers. Tracking performances related to proper range of motion and effort evaluation can be problematic, especially for beginners. SWEAT addresses these challenges by counting repetitions of a set, detecting improper range of motion, barbell tilting, incorrect hand placement, and heart rate. It will offer feedback on these criteria and evaluate the performance of the set.
