Topics covered will include how to craft an elevator pitch, how to start a conversation, how to gracefully exit a conversation, and/or what to do if you forgot someone’s name.

All audience members will be able to observe and help give feedback to the student volunteers. A panel of UMass professors and career advisers will also add to the discussion. Lunch will be provided free to attendees.
Registration is required for both volunteers and audience members. REGISTER HERE. Please register early, space is limited. This workshop is geared toward women in STEM fields but all are welcome.
