Leibovitz Medium for non-CO₂ cell culture (Sigma L1518-500ML)

Used FY2025-6 for Marine Bio

Star Protocol (note: in the recipe for L-15, the 1.8% HEPES is not g/100 mL, but 1.8% of 1M!)

As made below, the pH was too low for marine organisms. Should probably make 1M HEPES and 10X PBS at pH8 before filter sterilizing.

Start with	mL L-15
and	mL 10X PBS
and:	mL FBS
and:	mL 1 M HEPES
for a final volume of	mL complete L-15
