Make 1% BSA in PBS-Tw-Azide for antibody staining: 1 g per 100 mL

Or make BSA stock solution in PBS-Tw-Azide to add to the jar they’re stored in.

10% BSA: 5 g in 50 mL PBS-Tw-Az

CAUTION: Azide is potentially explosive. Contact with metal (as copper pipes or metal spatulas) is extremely dangerous. If the stock solution precipitates around the lid, have EH&S remove it. Use in the fume hood!
