Cnidocyte fixation solution

Combine 872 µL of 12 PSU ASW,

108 µL of 37% (vol/vol) formaldehyde

20 µL of 0.5 M EDTA.

Store the solution at 4 °C for up to 6 months.

To make:	mL Cnidocyte Fix
start with	mL 1/3 ASW water
add:	mL 37% formaldehyde
and:	mL 0.5M EDTA
