Two calls for papers have just come out: There will be a conference on non-at-issue meanings and information structure in Oslo, with a deadline of November 15. The list of invited speakers includes Craige Roberts (1986 UMass PhD). Stuttgart is organizing a conference on “non-culminating, irresultative, and atelic”  readings of telic predicates. Daniel Altshuler is one of the invited speakers. The deadline for submitting abstracts is October 31.
