From Angelika Kratzer: The 48th Annual Meeting of the North East Linguistics Society took place at the University of Iceland in Reykjavik this year. Alum Jóhannes Gísli Jónsson was one of the organizers. Ten current or former UMass linguists presented papers and posters for three days.
