I am a sixth year Ph.D. candidate in Linguistics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am interested in syntax, semantics, and the syntax-semantics interface. My research centers on Armenian and its dialects, which are largely understudied, especially from a syntax-semantic perspective. Thus far, my research has covered such areas as tense, aspect, agreement, and binding with an emphasis on uncovering connections between seemingly distinct linguistic domains. This broad approach reflects my interest in building bridges between different aspects of language.
