1. What do I do if I can’t access my MyMathLab account correctly?

Try these “tricks of the trade” when having trouble with your MyMathLab account:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cache. Make sure you clear “everything” not just the most recent items.
  2. Try using another browser. MyMathLab historically has not worked well with Safari. Try Firefox or Google Chrome.
  3. Try closing all programs and windows and then re-starting your computer.
  4. Try using a different computer entirely.
  5. Contact the MyMathLab technical support folks. This is located in the middle lower section (yellow box) of the MyMathLab login page. This link should take you directly to their help page. We’ve had good luck in the past with the “live chat” feature but you could try any of the options on this page.
  6. Go to the UMass OIT help drop in center in the Lederle Graduate Research Center (aka LGRT Lowrise) room A109 from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and see if someone there can help you.
