Homework assignments will be assigned and completed through Wileyplus. Wileyplus is an online homework and course study system. It also contains an e-book of your textbook. Since the homework system comes with an e-book the hard copy of the textbook is optional.

You must register into your specific section of Math 127. This can be done through Canvas or you can search for your section on www.wileyplus.com

Please register and begin your assignments within the first week of classes.

One of the many benefits of using Wileyplus is that you will have the opportunity to redo homework problems up to 5 times in order to get a 100% as long as you are still working before the homework deadline.  Wileyplus saves, records, and scores all work that has been done on an assignment up to the deadline. Each assignment has its own due date which you are responsible for knowing.

Homework will be due on Sundays!

For each question in an assignment, you have 5 attempts to get the problem correct by the due date.

• After attempt 3 you will receive a hint.
• After attempt 4 you will see the correct answer to that parameter of the question.
• After attempt 5 a “solution” will be given for the problem.
  If you complete the assignment after the due date you will receive 50% credit for your homework

Note, if you do a question late it will only mark that question late, not the entire assignment.

We strongly recommend attempting homework early and not waiting until the night it’s due.

If you miss the due date you may complete the work past due for 50% credit until the midterm in which the material is covered.
