How to get extra help

• You can email me for help at my email address: beninca@math.umass.edu
• Attend my virtual “office hours”. They are posted on the course Blackboard page. There will be a chat room set up on the course Blackboard page to facilitate questions & answers.
• If need be, we can set up a G-chat or Skype chat session with me. I have found this to be a very helpful way to get you the quickest answer to your questions.
• You can utilize the resources on WileyPLUS. There are tutorials and videos.
• You can use the internet – just Google any topic and you will find many resources, including video instruction.
