Paper accepted to ACS Central Science

A leftover from my Delaware days, our DWS experiments revealed the persistence length and stiffness of peptide fibrils.  There’s an “arsenal” of really excellent experiments in here done by our collaborators, and at the end of the day we show how you can engineer inter-enantiomer interactions to make peptide hydrogels with tunable mechanical properties. Neat! http://doi.org/10.1021/acscentsci.7b00115
