bioRxiv preprint: Model-based identification of conditionally-essential genes from transposon-insertion sequencing data

Vishal Sarsani’s new paper describes a model-based method for identifying conditionally essential genes. There is an R package associated with the method. This work is with our wonderful collaborators in the Chien Lab at UMass. Thanks to NIH 5R01GM135931 for funding this work.
