Lab name changed

Due to a shift in research focus, the lab name was changed from PACLab (perception and cognition laboratory) to RDCL (reasoning, decision making, and computational modeling laboratory). RDCL is pronounced R.D.C.L. or RaDiCaL (thus the square root sign).
