The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, a good multi-tasker, and have an open mind for learning all they can. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Learning and mastering key Agency procedures that impact the team as a whole
- Ability to develop awareness and understanding of the clients’ needs (ie creative, advertising, media etc) to better understand the scope of work being provided by the Agency.
- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, exceptional organization, a passion for the business and a willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work closely with others – specifically receive daily direction from the Account Executive, Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor on the account based on staffing.
- Assist with monthly creative updates
- Works on client reports and presentations
- Project coordination, timelines, and budgets
- Manage day-to-day billing for account

Requirements:
- Four-year degree is required.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Prior agency experience is preferred.
- Unparalleled work ethic.
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Web savvy; strong interest in digital / CRM
