Beyond Your Degree Conference

Once a year, we host alumni and industry guest speakers to share their experiences in undergrad and in the industry to help prepare students for a career in finance.

Alumni Mentorship Program

Members are paired with an Isenberg alumni and are given the opportunity to learn more about different career paths in finance by engaging in networking calls with recent grads.

Peer Mentorship Program

Members are paired with an upperclassmen student and expected to meet biweekly with them throughout the semester to learn more about Isenberg classes & clubs, receive resume advice, and gain insights into internship experiences.

Each spring, a select group of SWS members is granted the opportunity to visit a variety of firms in NYC and meet with alumni and industry professionals in a diverse array of careers in finance.
