Our Leadership Team is comprised of both our Executive Board and Young Leadership who all help organize SWS events and programs.

Executive Board – Fall 2025
Our Executive Board is comprised of six seasoned SWS members. As a team, they work together to run meetings, mentorship programs, stock pitch competitions, financial literacy lessons, and networking trips to Boston & New York.
Co-Chief Executive Officers (Co-CEO):
Our Co-CEOs are responsible for developing the semester curriculum, organizing guest speakers and club collaborations, planning the Beyond Your Degree Conference, and communicating with our advisors.

Kate Radulski is a rising junior Finance major. This fall will mark her fifth semester in SWS. Kate will join Fidelity Investments this Summer as a DISE Asset Management Intern. On campus, Kate is a Senior Analyst for the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund and the Co-President for the Investment Club.

Jackie Campos is a rising junior Finance major. This fall will mark her fifth semester in SWS. On campus she is a Junior Analyst for the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund as well as the Vice President of Investment Club. This summer she will be joining Fidelity as an Asset Management DISE Summer Intern.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO):
Our CMO is responsible for organizing and constructing our semesterly newsletter, designing our content across our platforms (Instagram/LinkedIn), and updating our website.

Angela Yee is a rising junior Finance major. This fall will be her fifth semester in SWS. On campus she is a Brother of Delta Sigma Pi and an incoming Transitions TA. This summer Angela will be a Summer Analyst at Natixis Investment Managers in Boston.
Chief Development Officer (CDO):
Our CDO is responsible for organizing our peer and alumni mentorship programs as well as planning the Boston & NYC Networking Trips. Additionally, they help lead lessons on professional development and etiquette.

Michelle Nong is a rising senior Finance major. This fall will be her seventh semester in SWS. On campus, she is a Senior Equity Research Analyst at the Minutemen Equity Fund (MEF) and is a senior member of Finance Society. This summer she will be interning at Fidelity Investments as Private Wealth Management & Executive Service Summer Associate.
Chief Research Officer (CRO):
Our CRO is responsible for creating lessons on equity research and providing support to members participating in the stock pitch competition. They teach financial concepts and provide 1:1 office hours to go over technical questions.

Aastha Rajani is a rising senior Economics and Statistics double major. This fall will be her seventh semester in SWS. On campus, she is a senior analyst in the Minutemen Alternative Investments Fund (MAIF). This summer, she will join Jefferies as an Equity Research Summer Analyst in NYC.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Our CFO is responsible for managing our yearly budget and making necessary purchase requests for events such as our Beyond Your Degree Conference and our networking trips.

Sophia Gonzales is a rising junior Finance major. This fall will be her third semester in SWS. On campus she is Women of Isenberg Conference Community Council Member and Make-A-Wish Club Volunteer.

Senior Advisors – Fall 2025
Our Senior Advisors provide insights and advice to General Body Members by serving as mentors and guides. Additionally, they offer assistance to Executive Board and Young Leadership members.

Ada Nystrom is a rising senior Finance major and Chinese minor. This fall marks her seventh semester as a member of SWS. This summer, she will be a Summer Analyst, Product Management and Investor Relations (Credit), at Ares Management in NYC. On campus, she also serves as the President of the Minutemen Equity Fund (MEF).

Krisha Gogri is a rising senior Finance major. She has been in SWS for six semesters. On campus, she is involved with the Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund (MAIF) and is a Career Peer. This summer, Krisha will join Barings as a Summer Analyst on their High Yield team.

Inez Baxter is a rising senior Finance major. This fall marks her sixth semester in SWS. On campus, Inez is the Chairwoman for the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund (MFIF). This summer, Inez will be working as a Summer Analyst at Cambridge Associates.
