About Anna
My name is Anna Loomis Moore. I am a studying animal science and wildlife conservation at UMass. I have a special interest in pathogenic bacteria affecting animal health. My favorite bacteria is in the genus Rhizobium. These bacteria are able to fix nitrogen from the air and have a symbiotic relationship with legumes. Without these bacteria we wouldn’t have yummy plants such as beans.
