About the Program
The Riley Lab is proud to participate in the Pre-College Program at UMass Amherst. Our high school summer research program is led by a talented team of undergraduate researchers. We are grateful for the opportunity to give students a head start in the ever-expanding field of antibiotic resistance research. Our goal is to empower students to explore research while mentoring them to become emerging scientists and future leaders in STEM. We love seeing students experience the joy of a successful experiment, the pride of generating meaningful data, and the sense of community that thrives in a high-quality pre-college experience. Through the Riley Lab Antimicrobial Drug Discovery Program, students gain invaluable research experience at an R1 university like UMass Amherst.
