Conference Hotel

Conference rates are available for November 5-9, 2025 at Hotel UMass located inside the Campus Center where most conference events will take place.

Please carefully review the arrival date and number of nights on the Hotel UMass booking page when making your room reservation!

To reserve a room with the block conference rates you must book by October 8, 2025 at the latest.

Other Area Hotels

There are many hotels in Amherst and the surrounding area with a range of room rates.

Public bus transportation is available with frequent routes to the UMass Amherst campus through the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority. Detailed information about routes, rates, and accessibility is available through their website.

There are also several e-bike rental stations from Valley Bike and bike paths throughout the area (including sections of the Massachusetts Central Rail Trail).

Local private rentals in Amherst and the surrounding area are available through AirBnB, VRBO, etc.

Tip: If you will not have a vehicle, check for access to bus routes and/or e-bike rental stations for the location prior to booking!
