Umass Amherst Ultimate Frisbee teams are composed of two men’s and one women’s team. The women’s teams compete at a D1 level and the men’s compete at D1 and developmental for club sports and practice year-round. Tournaments take place year-round but sanctioned tournaments typically take place in the spring.

We encourage all to join, whether you have played throughout high school or have never touched a disc. Ultimate is an all inclusive game of spirit, camaraderie, and friendly competition.
