All practitioners seeking to administer any of the NRS approved assessments in Massachusetts must obtain certification through the Center for Educational Assessment (CEA) at UMass Amherst.
Note that for BEST Plus and CLAS-E, Writing Scoring, practitioners must also recertify annually with the CEA at UMass Amherst.
