Q: How long do I have to complete the OSHA training?
A: Once you are enrolled you have 18 months to open up the training and start. Once you start, you have 180 days to complete the training.
Q: Where/How do I pick up the OSHA card once I complete the training?
A: Once you complete the training the card will be mailed to Marston Hall and Amy Feliciano will reach out to you and let you know when and where to pick up the card.
Q: Once I’ve signed up, where do I go to start the training?
A: You will receive an email from Careersafe containing the link to start the training. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder.
Q: Do I have to attend any classes to complete the training?
A: No, the training is entirely virtual and can be done at your own pace. If you are interested in doing the training with other people, you can email agc@umass.edu and let us know.
Q: Are there any exams involved with the completion of the course?
A: Yes, there is a final exam after the 10 seated hours. There are also quizzes after each module to help you prepare for it.
Q: How do I pay for the training?
A: We will handle payments through Venmo. If you do not have venmo you should email agc@umass.edu and we can arrange for a cash payment.
