Baroco works specifically with adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Baroco has dedicated itself to providing innovative opportunities for people with disabilities to participate and contribute to their communities. Human rights and each participant’s unique cultural and ethnic diversity is observed and protected. Participants at the Baroco Corporation work on goals and objectives that encompass skill building. Baroco completes assessments in all need areas and works with consultants to design meaningful, functional, and skill building goals.

General job description of what an intern might do:
- Shadow and work along side staff who are working with individuals with severe to profound ID and other developmental or neurological disabilities.
- Specific job descriptions are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Your availability:
Baroco is a day program that runs from 9:00 – 3:00. You will need a car to access the West Springfield location, but you can reach the Springfield location by public transportation.
