The Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation is currently under development. Please feel free to get in contact with us if you have questions about our certificate and the program evaluation services we offer through the Center for Educational Policy.

To apply for the Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation (before you finish your second course)

1. Fill out the application form.
2. Send the following materials to evaluation@umass.edu:
   1. Resume/CV
   2. Short personal statement (maximum 1 page single-spaced), explaining your interest in the Certificate, how your professional and educational background makes this program a good fit for you, as well as your professional development goals.
