Abolition and the work ahead

In our class period today we will be completing a group reading and reflecting – on the semester, on abolition, and on our work forward.

We will be reading from the collection Abolition for the People, a project produced by Kaepernick Publishing in partnership with LEVEL. Together we’ll read the piece Why Arguments Against Abolition Inevitably Fail by Angela Davis, and work make a collective concept map to connect what we’ve discussed and learned throughout the semester.
