This workshop will feature Professor Laura Cadonati speaking about her experiences negotiating throughout her academic career in physics. She will be joined by fellow UMass professors to negotiate live with participants and provide additional feedback.
Four participants will have the opportunity to navigate a live 5 minute negotiation with the panelists and receive valuable feedback on their performance from the panel and their peers.
All audience members will be able to observe and help give feedback.

This workshop is geared toward women in STEM fields, providing the experience and expertise of women negotiators for women graduate students.
