IDDLab Director Kirby Deater-Deckard is part of a large international team recently awarded a Center of Excellence grant from the Academy of Finland, to support collaborative research on developmental learning and intervention science approaches to addressing social-emotional and academic learning problems in childhood. The Centre is being led by faculty in the Universities of Jyväskylä and Turku in Finland. Our lab members will have opportunities to participate in various symposia, training opportunities, and data analysis/results dissemination projects based on findings from the FinnBrain Study (https://sites.utu.fi/finnbrain/en/).
