We have analyzed a panel of 20+ mutant alleles of understudied genes that have been categorized as intermediate lethal by the Knock Out Mouse Consortium (KOMP2). We obtained Knock Out Mouse Project (KOMP) embryonic lethal lines that are present at E9.5 but absent by E12.5 when homozygous. Herein we summarize the embryonic and placental phenotype produced by each of the lethal KO lines. We also present the WT expression pattern for each of these understudied genes.
