The LSA will be accepting applications from January 20, 2023 until March 5, 2023
The Linguistic Society of America offers seven (7) “named” fellowships and twelve (12) general fellowships to attend the LSA Summer Institute. The amount of the award varies by fellowship.
- General Institute Fellowships -12 awards of $2,500
- Charles Fillmore Fellowship – one award of up to $3,000
- Yuki Kuroda Fellowship – one award of up to $4,500
- Bernard and Julia Bloch Fellowship – one award of up to $3,500
- Ivan Sag Linguistic Institute Fellowship – one award of up to $2,500
- James McCawley Fellowship – one award of up to $1,600
- Ken Hale Student Fellowship – one award of up to $3,200
- Warren Cowgill Fellowship – one award of up to $1,500
