MicrobeBlaster, a student venture led by Sarah and three other undergrads, was selected as one of the five finalists for the Innovation Challenge hosted by the Berthiaume Center for Entrepreneurship. Their proposal was to develop an antimicrobial material that can better control nosocomial infections.
