Our lab is located in room 162 of the Totman Building, across from the Northeast residential area. When entering the front of the building, follow the signs to the Physical Activity and Health Lab.

Getting to Room 162:
Use the front entrance and proceed through the second set of doors. Once you reach the hallway, turn right and then follow the long hallway left until you reach the red door at the end. Continue through the door and to your left is another red door with a sign above it that says, “162 Physical Activity and Health Laboratory”. Go through this door and ring the bell for room 162 if the door is closed.
