Join the UMass Undergraduate Economics Club (UEC)

Interested in Economics?

The Undergraduate Economics Club (UEC) serves as an outlet for undergraduates to become more involved in the activities of the Department of Economics and the University. The UEC aims to foster relationships between undergraduates, faculty, and alumni.  The club helps undergraduates find resources to help them academically, activities to meet and connect with faculty and alumni, and information and contacts to gain internships or employment after graduation. And they do exciting things like take trips to Washington, DC to meet with alumni in their places of work!

The UEC also serves as a way for alumni to meet students, help them with the transition to the working world, foster a lasting relationship with the department, and build the next generation of advocates for the Department of Economics and the University.  All students who have an interest in economics are welcomed and encouraged to join the UEC, regardless of major.

Contact the UEC

Follow the UEC on Facebook for meeting and event dates, discussion topics, and photos, or contact the UEC directly at uec@econs.umass.edu.
