Senior SBS Majors: AMAZON (in Boston) wants to hire YOU! Meet & Greet Feb. 8th

Join us for pizza and meet & greet on Monday, Feb. Feb. 8th between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm.

Allison Barkauskas’12 (Economics) and Amanda MacEachern’15 (Political Science) will be on campus hosting a meet & greet and information session for SBS seniors interested in working for Amazon. Please stop by the Advising Resource Center, 128 Thompson, on Monday, Feb. 8th between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to meet them, learn about the opportunity and grab some pizza!

Amazon is particularly interested in hiring SBS majors for the Boston office. These are NON-technical positions. Please RSVP here.

Seniors:  Thinking about going into business? Want to make an impact? Venture for America’s final deadline is Feb. 1.

Venture for America is a fellowship program for recent grads who want to learn how to build a business while making an impact. VFA Fellows get training and join a startup in an emerging US city, where they live and work for two years at one of our hundreds of partner companies. They learn hands-on what it takes to build a company, while getting the mentorship, network, and ongoing support to prepare themselves to become successful entrepreneurs. Our goal is to spark job growth in cities that need it by sending our top talent to help grow the businesses that will make it happen.

The Reproductive Rights Activist Service Corps (RRASC) is a 10-week paid summer internship program sponsored by the Civil Liberties and Public Policy Program at Hampshire College. Undergraduate students intern at reproductive rights and social justice organizations around the country. What is the format?
One alumnus will meet with 3-5 students for 8-10 minutes and then we’ll switch so students can talk with many alumni in a short amount of time. We’ve saved time at the end for open networking.
