MassMutual’s New Business division has a number of openings for Operational Support Specialists and Customer Service Specialists.  They are looking for new grads like you!

The Operational Support Specialist’s primary role is to be a high-output production associate that can multi-task in a high paced environment. Primary customers are underwriters, case managers, and demanding new business coordinators. The Operational Support Specialist is trained on a multitude of business deliverables that have direct impact on USIG Strategy including: accelerate growth, outstanding experience, and policy owner value.

The Customer Service Specialist provides a variety of services to policyholders, insured and/or their financial advisors, field force and home staff. Performs routine transactions and provides technical guidance, and procedural information on a variety of complex customer service issues requiring knowledge of financial products and transactions. These jobs typically require some experience and incumbents demonstrate knowledge of and have the ability to perform the job functions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills, including listening skills
• Proven Winning Ways
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume environment without sacrificing quality of work
• Is creative, flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Is approachable and helpful; promotes this in others; has strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and Problem Solving minded/creative thinker
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proven reliability and performance high-output track record
• Proven relationship management/outstanding customer service delivery
• High energy level
• For this position, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
