Post-Doctoral Fellowship Currently Available

An NIH and NSF funded post-doctoral research fellowship is available in the areas of biomedical engineering and orthopaedic biomechanics. The research involves tissue engineering approaches to treating bone defects. The approaches include using innovative hydrogels to deliver stem cells and novel biomaterial systems for delivering gene therapies to critical size calvarial bone defects in rats. Experience with rodent models of bone regeneration is preferred.
