Sierra J. Archer    

Sierra (She/Her) graduated from UMass in may 2019 with her b.A in Psychology. She is currently a graduate student pursuing her M.Ed/Ed.S. in School Counseling. She works as a Graduate Assistant in Student Success Programs & Services, which allows her to advise the amazing ALD Executive Board. She is excited to support ALD in their endeavors and cannot wait to see what the 2021-2022 executive board accomplishes this year.

Caitlin (She/Her) graduated from florida state university in april 2021 with her b.s. in psychology. she is currently a graduate student at umass pursuing a ph.d in school psychology. She works as a graduate assistant in student success programs & services as well as an advisor for alpha lambda delta.
