The Seeker of Truth unites Middle Eastern and South Asian musical traditions, blending powerful and rich music with global traditions of spirituality, healing, culture and mysticism. Featuring four musicians and Dervish Aziz, the Yuval Ron Ensemble performs music that is exhilarating, hypnotic, ecstatic and even meditative. As an educator and peace activist, Yuval Ron is dedicated to bringing cultural harmony through music.
Very enjoyable, and memorable, performance.
One of the most soul-nourishing and spiritually uplifting experiences I’ve ever had. So grateful to the Yuval Ron Ensemble, and to UMass for hosting them! Thank you!
Lovely and inspiring in every way!
Lovely, touched our souls.
It was a great show, very informative. Sadden that more did not enjoy.
One of the best concerts we have been to in a long time.
Superb! Musically, culturally, politically, and in every way – superb! Thank you SO much for bringing these wonderful entertainers with their internationally important message!
What a special evening of mystical music, storytelling and dance! Fantastic!
Enjoyed a great evening being drawn into music of several cultures, and reaffirming music as expression of spirit. Love that audience was participating in some dancing and singing as well.
I was able to attend the Ensembles “Free night” at the Arts Block before the FAC concert as well as the concert performance. The vision of these ambassadors for Peace using music as a bridge between cultures was heartfelt and medicine for the soul during a period were anti-semetism and islamophobia is on the rise in our own country.
Bravo!
