The following represent cultural landscapes of varying types and locations around the world that have been inscribed into the World Heritage List.  Each year the Cultural Landscape History class of undergraduate students in Sustainable Communities and Landscape Architecture at the University of Massachusetts Amherst select and write about one of the landscapes.
